Windscreen Claims 

No claim form is required for windscreens or window glass claims. Simply call our preferred Windscreen repairer Novus on 0800 10 35 35 or Smith & Smith on 0800 48 33 88 who have outlets nationwide and provide them with your Client or Policy Number and tell them you are insured with IUNZ.

If you wish to use another provider please ask them to email us at iunz@gbtpa.co.nz to approve the quote.

Accident (Non Theft) Motor Claims Process

If you are insured through a broker, please contact your broker to begin the claims process. If you are in need of immediate assistance please call us on 0800 378 203.

If you suffered a breakdown, flat battery or locked out of the vehicle and you have RoadSide Assist cover with IUNZ please call RoadSide Assist on 0508 697 623.

Theft Motor Claims Process

Report any theft to the police as soon as possible. They will give you an Incident Acknowledgment Form. Complete a claim form, which you can download by clicking the button below or call our friendly claims team on 0800 378 203.
